The Head of Product Management will analyze market requirements, assess and define product opportunities and lead the delivery of exceptional products (web, mobile, social, API) that maximize those opportunities.

Your Role

 

• Defining products by translating market requirements into a roadmap, features functionality, user experience and release criteria.
• Driving continual product improvement through a thorough understanding of product usage and customer insight
• Managing user acceptance testing and customer feedback process for all product initiatives.
• Liaising with key stakeholders from marketing, sales, customer support IT and operations
• Contributing to positioning and marketing plan for new features and launches.
• Ensuring consistency of customer experience across the devices.
• Prototype new concepts and ideas to see how they resonate with customers.

 

Our Requirements

 

• Previous work experience (3-5 years) in in similar position
• Knowledge of wire-framing/mock-ups tools, project and issue tracking software is required
• Entrepreneurial drive to create products with the best user experience
• Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications and/or media products.
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to drive both strategic decisions and operational tasks
• Performance driven mindset with a strong motivation to lead professionally
• Masters or Bachelor degree, preferably in business administration, computer science or related fields.

For flawless scaling and maintenance of our operations, we are looking for an extremely talented and equally fun individual as Senior Software Developer, with the chance of becoming our next CTO.

Your Role

You will be responsible for our service, from planning, tracking and executing software architecture to assigning resources to design and implement work flows, which meet budget, quality and time targets.

Our Requirements

You bring at least 3 years of experience in building and maintaining high- performance, scalable and fault-tolerant distributed systems in a Senior role

 

• You have experience working in an international startup
• Strong technical background in web development and various other fields of Information
• Expert with PHP and MySQL
• Expertise with a variety of programming languages, SQL and NoSQL databases and Linux Operations
• Expert in designing and consuming REST API’s
• You know HTML, CSS and JS inside out
• You worked with agile development processes before
• You are a result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work and communicate clearly in a fast-paced international environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to lead discussions on all levels
• Based in Berlin or ready to relocate to Berlin and you already have a valid work permit.
• Proficient in English and German required
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related engineering fields a plus, but not a requirement

Web Designer / Front End Developer (full- or part-time)

You will be the web design lead who creates customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audience and creative assets into our designs.

Your tasks

 

• Research, wireframe and design websites for a variety of products/target segments
• Develop sites from start to finish, built on solid frameworks and open-source CMS
• Create, implement, and test compelling HTML email campaigns and banners
• Setting up landing pages for A/B or multivariate testing

 

Your skills

• Du coachst unsere Kunden telefonisch zum Thema Ernährung (Analyse des Essverhaltens, BMI Kalkulation, Beratung zu einem gesunden Lebensstil)
• Du nimmst Kundenanliegen und Beschwerden via Telefon und E-Mail an und bearbeitest und klärst sie
• Du pflegst den Kundenkontakt und kümmerst Dich durch Anrufe und regelmäßige E-Mailumfragen um die Kundenzufriedenheit
• Du arbeitet eng mit den Bereichen Food Development, Marketing, Vertrieb und Logistik zusammen

 

Dein Profil

 

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ernährungswissenschaft, Oecotrophologie, Gesundheitswissenschaft oder eine Ausbildung als Diätassistent/in oder Ernährungsberater/in
• Sehr gutes schriftliches und verbales Ausdrucksvermögen
• Lust, Teil eines aufstrebenden Food-Unternehmens zu werden
